Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of regulatory needs and business objectives.
• Prepare detailed requirements and functional documentation to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with the testing team and end-users to develop and execute user test plans, ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business units, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Core Banking and Regulatory areas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and document business requirements.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed functional documentation and requirements specifications.
• Experience in collaborating with user testing teams and end-users to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking sector and experience ensuring compliance through business solutions.
