Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Lambda functions using TypeScript.
• Technical Leadership: Guide and support other developers, promoting best practices in backend development and TypeScript usage.
• Architecture and Design: Contribute to the architecture and design of complex technical solutions, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Integration and Automation: Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous and automated deployments.
• Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, ensuring service continuity and quality.
• Collaboration and Mentoring: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior developers to foster their professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years working with TypeScript.
• AWS Lambda Expertise: Profound experience in developing and maintaining Lambda functions on AWS.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, RESTful APIs, and version control tools such as Git.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Innovative Mindset: Proactive in proposing and implementing technological and process improvements.
• Insurance Sector Experience (Desirable): Knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus, but not required.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
