Are you a talented backend engineer with around three years of experience? We're on the lookout for a skilled individual to join our team as a Backend Engineer. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Fabric, and Oracle technologies.
• Assist in the implementation of microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Contribute to the adoption of best practices in testing by actively participating in BDD/TDD processes.
• Work with Drools for rule-based logic implementation and integration.
• Support the development of applications using Spring Boot, adhering to clean code principles.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with team members to share knowledge and ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately three years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with associated frameworks and libraries.
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture concepts.
• Exposure to Oracle databases and SQL queries.
• Interest in BDD/TDD methodologies and willingness to learn and apply testing practices.
• Familiarity with Drools or similar rule engine technologies is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot or willingness to upskill in this area.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
