Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Mainframe Developer with at least 3 years of experience and fluency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mainframe systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL.
• Collaborate with analysts and other developers to understand and implement technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mainframe applications to ensure smooth operation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing mainframe applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in both German and English.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
