Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Backend Development Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing technical analyses for the implementation of new microservices, estimating and planning development tasks, and implementing the microservices. Strong analytical thinking and expertise in Java and microservices are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical analyses for the implementation of new microservices.
• Estimate and plan development tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Implement microservices using best practices and modern technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of microservices.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing microservices for better performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in backend development with a strong focus on Java and microservices.
2. Technical Analysis: Ability to prepare detailed technical analyses for the implementation of new microservices.
3. Planning and Estimation: Skilled in estimating and planning development tasks.
4. Microservices Implementation: Proven experience in implementing microservices.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.

You will work on projects with a leading company in digital transformation with a passion for technology and innovation in sectors such as banking (35 of the main banks worldwide work with our client), insurance, industrial and automotive in Big Data projects, Blockchain , AI, Cloud, among others.
