Responsibilities:

Selection Process: Full Stack Developer (React, Node.js, MongoDB)

We follow a transparent and structured selection process. Below are the steps:


Phase 1: Test Program Planning

The first step involves reviewing the program specifications below and planning your approach. Please include:

  • An estimation of how much time you would need to develop this program.
  • A structured breakdown of your plan to approach the task.

Test Program Requirements

Develop a program with the following specifications:

  1. Database Setup:

    • Tables in MongoDB:
      • Product: Fields - id (numeric), name (string).
      • Client: Fields - id (numeric), name (string), birthDate (date).
  2. Frontend (React):

    • Screen 1: A dropdown list to select one of the two tables (Product or Client).
    • Screen 2:
      • A grid to display the selected table’s data.
      • Sorting and filtering capabilities:
        • Numeric fields: <, >, =.
        • String fields: contains.
        • Date fields: Filter by a range (from date and to date).
      • Buttons to add and delete records dynamically.
  3. Backend (Node.js + MongoDB):

    • Create APIs to:
      • Fetch data dynamically based on the selected table.
      • Add and delete records in the database.
      • Filter, sort, and paginate data.
  4. Deployment:

    • Publish the code on a Bitbucket repository.
    • Include a README.md with instructions for setup and usage.

Phase 2: CV Submission and Questionnaire

Once you've planned the program, submit your CV and answer the following questions:

  1. Program Development:

    • How much time would you need to develop the program described in Phase 1?
    • What challenges do you anticipate and how would you approach them?
  2. CV Details:

    • Provide a detailed description of the most complex project you’ve worked on:
      • Project Overview: Summary of the project and objectives.
      • Your Role: Your specific responsibilities and contributions.
      • Technologies Used: Tools, frameworks, and methods.
      • Challenges and Solutions: Key obstacles and how you solved them.
  3. Compensation Information:

    • Current salary.
    • Expected starting salary.
    • Target salary after one year.
  4. References:

    • Provide contact details for references we can reach out to.

Phase 3: Development of the Test Program

  • If you advance to this phase, you will develop the program as planned.

Phase 4: Technical Interview

  • Participate in a technical interview with our team to discuss the program you developed.
  • The interview will cover technical questions, your problem-solving approach, and feedback.
