Job Description:

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive, high-performance web applications. Your role will involve working with JavaScript, web components, and SCSS to create well-designed, testable code. You will collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure seamless connection with RESTful APIs, and you’ll leverage your experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies to contribute to fast-paced development cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript and web component frameworks (preferably Lit-Element).
• Connect frontend applications with RESTful APIs for dynamic data integration.
• Utilize Git and Bitbucket for version control and code management.
• Write unit tests and contribute to the development of functional and automated testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Ensure clean, responsive layouts using SCSS and modern design principles.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure efficient deployment and infrastructure management.
• Utilize debugging tools such as the Ether Console and Developer Tools to troubleshoot and improve web applications.
• Manage functional solutions and components catalog for streamlined development.
• Assist in connecting backend services via APIs to ensure seamless integration.

Required Knowledge:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with web component development frameworks (preferably Lit-Element).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and version control practices.
• Experience in unit testing and the use of automated testing tools is appreciated.
• Understanding of functional tests and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in layout development using SCSS.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools.
• Experience with debugging consoles and developer tools for troubleshooting.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain.
