As the Technical Leader, you will oversee the implementation and configuration of CMS platforms, ensuring that solutions are efficient, scalable, and meet client requirements. You will play a crucial role in guiding the development team, collaborating with cross-functional groups, and providing technical leadership in CMS integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the backend development efforts focusing on implementation and configuration of traditional and headless CMS.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CMS platforms into existing architectures.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Maintain and enhance CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Umbraco CMS, and Prismic.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMS setup and configuration.
  • Optimize backend processes for performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on CMS implementation and configuration.
  • Proficiency in working with at least two of the following CMS platforms: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Umbraco CMS, or Prismic.
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and headless CMS architectures.
  • Experience leading a technical team or development projects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot backend issues and provide optimized solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
