Job Description:

As a Solution Architect with a focus on Frontend, you will lead architectural design, oversee development processes, and manage teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Your primary focus will be working with React, while balancing architecture responsibilities with hands-on development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining high standards of code quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable frontend solutions, primarily using React.
• Lead a development team, distributing tasks and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Collaborate with product designers and utilize tools like Polaris, Figma, Miro, and others to create efficient workflows.
• Manage and publish libraries, and leverage existing ones to enhance productivity.
• Maintain a balance between architectural oversight and hands-on coding.
• Ensure alignment with delivery dates and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and review code and architectural designs for improvements.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in frontend development, especially with React.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Proficient in frontend architecture and development, with a solid understanding of design tools such as Polaris, Figma, and Miro.
• Hands-on experience with frontend libraries, and the ability to manage and publish new ones.
• Delivery-oriented mindset, ensuring that deadlines are met with high-quality outputs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain.
