As a Business Analyst specializing in Process Automation and BPM , you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective solutions that meet business requirements and align with microservice design and SOA architecture models. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and define workflow requirements, while also ensuring compliance with IT policies, methodologies, and security protocols. Your ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentation and support the audit function will be essential in reducing risk and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design solutions for future workflows that are aligned with business needs.
• Solution Architecting: Work on BPMN layers and microservices, ensuring the design is aligned with organizational goals.
• Audit Support: Assist in the remediation of audit points and ensure self-identified issues are addressed.
• Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation that complies with IT policies and security requirements.
• Development Collaboration: Support development methodologies and IT policies to ensure effective performance in the organization.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in Business Process design and engagement with business stakeholders.
• Expertise in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and experience with Camunda modeling (preferred).
• Strong ability to design and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business and IT requirements.
• Knowledge of microservice design and SOA architecture models .
• Familiarity with development methodologies, IT policies, and the security requirements of the organization.
