As a Backend/Middleware Developer , you will contribute to the development of microservices for the Global Payments Platform project. Your role will involve writing efficient code, ensuring unity and integration testing, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class payment platform.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the microservices development team to design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems.
• Implement and manage code repositories using Git .
• Develop and manage Maven projects, ensuring proper build and deployment processes.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and E2E tests (eg, with Mockito , JUnit ).
• Build and maintain Rest APIs for various platform components.

Necessary Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring frameworks, particularly Spring Boot and Spring Core .
• Proven experience in managing code with Git .
• Familiarity with Maven build tools.
• Experience with unit testing , integration testing , and E2E testing .
• Knowledge and experience in Rest API development.

Desirable Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing microservices .
• Experience or knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge or experience working with Kotlin .
