Job Responsibilities:

Backend Development: Build, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Java 8 .
Database Management: Work with Oracle to manage data and ensure secure and efficient storage solutions.
Application Server: Develop and maintain middleware solutions on Weblogic .
Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Release Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and deploy software releases.
Continuous Improvement: Explore new technologies and suggest improvements to increase development efficiency.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a backend developer.
Strong expertise in Java 8 .
Experience working with Oracle and Weblogic .
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban).
B2-level English proficiency for clear communication with international teams.
ESG compliance certification is mandatory (SUPPLIER IS REQUIRED TO BE ESG CERTIFIED).
