About the Role:

As a Backend Developer , you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our identity and access management (IAM) systems. Leveraging your expertise with ForgeRock, you will design, implement, and optimize authentication and authorization flows while ensuring robust integration with existing systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, tackling complex challenges to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ForgeRock AM and IDM environments.
• Customize and optimize authentication and authorization flows using standards such as SSO , OAuth 2.0 , SAML , and OpenID Connect .
• Create seamless integrations with LDAP systems (eg, Directory Services, Active Directory, OpenLDAP).
• Write and debug code using Java , Groovy , JSON , and XML .
• Stay up-to-date on security standards and IAM best practices.
• Work collaboratively within an agile team to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

Requirements:

• Verifiable experience (minimum 2 years) working with ForgeRock AM and IDM.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization flows based on modern standards.
• Proficiency in technologies including Java , Groovy , JSON , and XML .
• Familiarity with LDAP systems integration and IAM security practices.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile team environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective communication.

About the projects you will work on

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.

You will work on projects with a leading company in digital transformation with a passion for technology and innovation in sectors such as banking (35 of the main banks worldwide work with our client), insurance, industrial and automotive in Big Data projects, Blockchain, AI , Cloud, among others.
