As a Cloud Engineer, you will be the key technical contact for Fraud team users, helping to troubleshoot issues, optimize infrastructure, and implement cloud solutions. Your focus will be on resolving user concerns, maintaining cloud security, and ensuring smooth deployments using Terraform and AWS CloudWatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with Fraud team users, identifying and implementing technical solutions for their needs.
- Monitor and analyze AWS CloudWatch alerts, taking appropriate action to maintain system health.
- Support cloud infrastructure deployments using Terraform, ensuring efficiency and security.
- Perform business-as-usual (BAU) tasks as needed, focusing on cloud reliability and fraud support.
- Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to strengthen fraud detection and prevention systems.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Continuous Delivery.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and CloudWatch monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Experience working with security teams in a corporate/banking environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot cloud-related incidents and interact with business users.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of fraud detection or security compliance in banking.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.
