Job Description:

As a Solution Architect, you will support the GSA team by designing functional and technical solutions that meet strategic business goals. You will collaborate with a wide range of architectural specialists, becoming a central point for aligning evolving infrastructure and architecture capabilities with business initiatives. Your work will have direct impact on digital transformation, component modernization, and architecture standardization at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Solution Architect Community in both global and local project execution.

• Design end-to-end technical and functional solutions aligned with business needs.

• Collaborate with countries and teams to evolve existing architecture capabilities.

• Work closely with specialized architecture areas to drive component modernization.

• Lead the functional and infrastructure design of transformation initiatives.

• Facilitate the replacement or upgrade of obsolete infrastructure components.

• Act as a connector between business needs and technical strategy, ensuring alignment and added value.

• Document solution blueprints and support governance and decision-making processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, consulting, or technical design roles.
• Proven experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, application landscapes, and integration patterns.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner.
• Experience working in multi-country or multinational organizations is a plus.
• Proactive mindset, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

About the projects you will work on

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.

You will work on projects with a leading company in digital transformation with a passion for technology and innovation in sectors such as banking (35 of the main banks worldwide work with our client), insurance, industrial and automotive in Big Data projects, Blockchain, AI , Cloud, among others.
